On Saturday we had an influx of wonderful visitors. Our friends from Trinity United Methodist Church visited us.
The group spent some time learning about the history of the HSSET, learning how we care for our animals, how adoptions work and then volunteered spending time with our special animals friends.
We love when our volunteers are able to come and spend time with our dogs and cats. Although we all try to spend time with animals, we are not able to give the individual attention our sweet animals need on a daily basis.
The church is also in the middle of an animal food drive which will culminate next weekend and we will once again have an opportunity to touched by this group once again when they gift that collection to the shelter.
